Cancellation
You’re allowed to cancel your order before we begin processing or dispatching it. If you cancel in time, we’ll issue a complete refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipping has taken place.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days of your product's delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees will be charged no more than once, including for returned items, and no restocking fees will be applied.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt and let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original form of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes time for refunds to be officially processed.
